304L stainless steel coil is a low-carbon version of 304 stainless steel coil. The "L" in 304L can be understood as ultra-low carbon.
304L stainless steel coil has an ultra-low carbon content of ≤0.03%. It is not easy to precipitate chromium carbide after welding, which significantly reduces the risk of intergranular corrosion; it has excellent corrosion resistance in oxidizing acids (such as nitric acid) and weak corrosive media (water, atmosphere); it has high plasticity and formability in cold working processes; it is non-magnetic and resistant to high temperatures.
