It is named for the various metallic colors achieved on its surface, and is commonly referred to as Colored Stainless Steel Coil.
Stainless steel coil, PVD target materials, pretreatment chemicals, etc. The surface of the stainless steel coil needs to undergo steps such as degreasing, pickling, passivation and polishing to prepare for coloring. The colored layer is deposited evenly on the surface of the coil via vacuum ion plating or electrochemical coloring to achieve the desired metallic color, luster and texture. After coloring, the stainless steel coil is heat-treated to ensure the colored layer is fully cured and bonded to the substrate. According to customer requirements, the colored coil is cut into specified widths or lengths. Finally, the colored stainless steel coils are packaged according to export standards to avoid scratches and damage.
