The audit evaluated Zunkai's quality management system against the ISO 9001:2026 standard requirements, including leadership commitment, risk-based thinking, documented information control, supplier evaluation, product traceability, and customer satisfaction monitoring. Auditors reviewed receiving inspection records, mill certificate verification procedures, non-conformance management, and corrective action processes.
No major non-conformances were identified during the audit. Two minor observations related to calibration interval documentation for measuring equipment were addressed and closed out with updated procedures and records before certificate issuance.
